burgos

Forgot to mention that at Acapuerca they have found a site that contains human remains from 1.6 million years ago and they were apparently cannibals. We visited the museum of human evolution in Burgos which doesn´t at all go with the deep religious faith the Spaniards have.  Great museum lots of hands on stuff plus also interesting info. about Darwin and his voyage of discovery. We ate more Tapas and walked for a while around the river and ate gelatoes of vanilla and chocolate of course.Britney leaves us tomorrow so we will have our last meal with her before she heads off to Zaragoza to stay with Miranda then onto Madrid. Greer and I will leave for Leon via bus. Burgos is a city you could stay and perhaps live for a while quite unique. We didn´t get to the art gallery shut for renos. Adios.
